Fischbowl

It was so easy to read this blog. I suppose it was because it had some spark to it. It was interesting, had some facts, a real life concerns. He really made me start thinking like an inventor. When I read the sentences the K. Fisch posted, "And by the end of the next decade, I think there will be very little chance of success for those that are technology illiterate. (Don’t forget, those Kindergartners that started school in the last month or so are the Class of 2020 – we need that 2020 Vision.)" I went through a complete reality shock! I now realize how important it is to keep moving with this world. I knew it before, but after reading that it really put it into perspective. It is a new goal now.
What can we do to belong in this students future until he graduates? What will be the subject that he needs to know the most to get by as an adult? What will he remember after the class year is over? There are so many questions that I have asked myself after reading Fisch's blog. I kept going back in my mind and relating it to the "Did you know 2.0" video. That video was full of statistics and information I never thought about. The world is going to expect so much from every child student and we need to be able to help them through it. This blog was great! I saved it to my favorites so that I can go back to and get some inspiration later.
